I would like to congratulate the members of Company 14 for all of their hard work and dedication as it pays off to bring us into a new year. Hope everyone has a safe and happy new year! Welcome to 2011.


As most members already know, First Responder Unit 1400 was involved in a motor vehicle accident while returning to service on December 26th. The unit will be out of service until further notice. 1432 will now be first running unit for First Responder calls if weather permits.

The results are now final. The positions will remain the same from last year with the exception of: 1407 (Engineer), which is now being held by Wayne Martin, Historian, which is now being held by Jessica Turner, and Assistant Historian, now being held by Geneva (Squeeky) Goad. Congratulations to all who the results worked in favor for. We thank our members for the great turn out for the voting.


The monthly meeting will include voting for new/current line officers based on the nominations of November's meeting. All members are encouraged to attend and vote for who our fire department's leaders will be.


The Monthly Training focusing on ropes and knot tying with the new rope bag scheduled 11/22/2010 has been rescheduled. It will be at the main station starting at 19:00 EST. All members are encouraged to attend.
